Course overview
In this micro course, you'll discover how building a more inclusive workplace starts with awareness. Workplace discrimination can narrow the talent pool, marginalize team members, and slowly chip away at a person’s sense of confidence, self-worth, and sense of belonging. Most people don’t “intend” to discriminate against others in the workplace. Even so, discrimination remains sadly common, which is why it's so important to participate in breaking the cycle.
